Everyone is quiet and working intensely on writing first drafts of their papers. This is a noise free zone.

Christian on the other hand is taking a break from “working” at 2am with me and accomplishes his goal in Costa Rica . He found a shield mantis(Choeradodis, I believe) on the outer window of our room. The blurry photo is from him, not me.

He was hyperventilating  like a medical emergency.

Finally, we have a student who chose to work from the dining hall. This image could be a photoshop from any library on a college campus but that is indeed, the jungle in the background. Well done everyone.
